Onsite Consultation Fee $100.00
The Onsite Consultation Fee includes up to 1 hour of onsite, in home consultative services, and a ball park budget figure for the parts/equipment/labor to complete the project. The Consultation Fee is 100% refundable toward the purchase of equipment within 30 days of the onsite consultation visit.
Basic System Design and Preliminary Estimates $80/hour
This fee is billed for basic system design and to generate line itemized quotes. 50% is refundable toward the purchase of new equipment within 30 days of the preliminary estimates completion.
Personal Shopping, Project Consulting, and System/Cabinet Design Services 200.00/hr (billed 15 minute increments $50/15minutes)
Use us as your personal shopping partner and audio video system and cabinet design consultant. We will meet you at the location of your preference and will offer our knowledge base to you in an unbiased fashion so you can make a more informed decision (whether you choose to buy from Eastside A/V, or not). If you choose to use us, up to 50% of the Personal Shopping and Project Consulting/Design Services Fee may be waived or refunded toward the purchase of your new entertainment system.

Trip Charges
Standard Trip charge 0-30 miles
$50 Trip charge
Additional Trip charges may be added for trips greater then 30 miles
Locations 31-50 miles
$3 per mile over 30 miles
Example: If you live 36.7 miles away would be billed an additional $21 over our standard trip charge.
Locations over 51 miles
$5 per mile over 30 miles;
Or as quoted by Eastside A/V personnel.
Example: someone who lives 65 miles away would be billed an additional $175 trip charge
Example: same scenario but charge was quoted as a fixed fee of $150 by Eastside A/V personnel.
